We are confident that you will love our products. But, if you have any issues we offer a 60-Day return policy. Please contact us at: operations@soccerware.co or reply to your original order confirmation email. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you can go through checkout process for an estimate. Average shipping prices for Europe are $10+ and Canada is $7+. For bulk orders or shipping inquiries, email us at: operations@soccerware.co
Is there warranty on the products?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty! If you need the bag replaced will we gladly do so. Send us your bag and we will send out a new one. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Can you adjust the length of the straps of the bag?

Can you embroider/iron-on letters to the bag?
Yes, the bag is made of polyester can be embroidered and safe for iron ons.
Is the bag for ONLY for soccer?
No. The bag is designed to be multi-purpose. It also makes an idea gym, school, and everyday carry bag.
How do you wash this bag?
See tag instructions here. Wash by hand. Do NOT bleach. Line dry.
